Laser Operator / CNC Laser Operator Location: Nuneaton (CV10) Pay: £14.00 - £19.00 per hour (DOE) Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pm HSL Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Laser Operator / CNC Laser Operator to join a growing engineering and manufacturing business in Nuneaton. The Role * Setting and operating CNC laser cutting machines * Operating 2-Axis and Flatbed Laser Machines * Reading and interpreting engineering drawings * Conducting quality inspections on finished components * Carrying out basic machine maintenance and cleaning * Following health and safety procedures Requirements * Previous experience operating CNC laser cutting machines * Experience within engineering, manufacturing, or sheet metal fabrication * Ability to read engineering drawings * Strong attention to detail and quality standards Desirable * Trumpf laser experience * Forklift licence Benefits * £14.00 - £19.00 per hour depending on experience * Permanent, full-time position * Monday to Friday working hours * Overtime available * Career development opportunities If you have experience as a Laser Operator, CNC Operator, CNC Setter Operator, Sheet Metal Worker, Machine Operator, Press Brake Operator, or Manufacturing Operative, we'd love to hear from you
