Location : Desborough (NN14)
Pay: £13.71/hr | Overtime: £20.56/hr
Shifts: Mon-Fri, 06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00 (rotating weekly)
Barker Ross is looking for a motivated Production Line Leader to join our Desborough team. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and motivate a team of packers on the production line
Ensure packing operations are accurate, efficient, and meet quality standards
Monitor production performance and address issues promptly
Coordinate with other departments to maintain workflow
Train and support new team members
Maintain a safe and clean working environment
Key Skills & Attributes:

Positive, team-oriented attitude
Safety-conscious around machinery and MHE operations
Strong work ethic and hands-on leadership
