Senior Employment Solicitor

We are working with a top-tier London law firm who are looking for a Senior Lawyer to join their Employment team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join a highly regarded Employment team, advising both employers and senior executives across a diverse client base ranging from start-ups to major established organisations. The team has particular strength across the media and entertainment, sports and technology sectors and offers a strong mix of contentious and non-contentious employment work.

The role involves advising on employment contracts and negotiations, senior executive appointments and exits, settlement agreements, grievances and disciplinary matters, restructures, TUPE and collective redundancies, team moves and restrictive covenants. The successful candidate will also handle Employment Tribunal proceedings and complex workplace disputes.

Essential Criteria:

• 5-8 years’ PQE;
• Strong employment background;
• Excellent academics;
• Strong team player;
• Commercial awareness;
• Enthusiastic;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Technically excellent.
