Conveyancer / Conveyancing Solicitor - Newcastle upon Tyne Take the next step in your residential conveyancing career. We're delighted to be working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Newcastle upon Tyne to recruit an experienced Conveyancer / Conveyancing Solicitor to join its busy and well-established residential property team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancer who is confident managing their own caseload and is looking to join a supportive, collaborative team where quality, client care and professional development are genuinely valued. As a Conveyancer / Conveyancing Solicitor, you'll manage your own residential conveyancing caseload with a high degree of autonomy, while working as part of a large and supportive property team. Managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload, working towards a caseload of approximately 90-120 files. Handling transactions from instruction through to completion with minimal supervision. Dealing with a range of more complex matters, including leasehold, remortgages, Transfers of Equity, new builds, shared ownership, company purchases and auctions. Meeting agreed time recording, billing and performance targets. Conducting regular file reviews to ensure compliance, accuracy and quality. Contributing to business development initiatives and identifying opportunities to improve departmental processes. We're looking for an experienced Conveyancer or Conveyancing Solicitor with at least five years' experience of independently managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload. A minimum of 5 years' experience managing your own residential conveyancing files. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. A supportive team environment, with experienced colleagues and structured supervision. Dedicated support, including personal assistant assistance, support with quotes and file opening, and post-completion administration.
