They are seeking a Training & Development Manager to lead growth activity, shape programme delivery, and help drive the commercial success of the Academy across the UK, Ireland, and Europe.
Salary / Benefits £35,000

About you Proven experience in Training, Business Development, Sales, or Account Management Strong track record of generating new business within the training or qualifications sector (B2B) Ability to design, influence, or support training and development programmes Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capability at senior level Self-driven, proactive, and commercially focused mindset Full driving licence Nice to have Experience delivering or selling technical training, engineering services, or workforce development solutions Background in engineering, utilities, manufacturing, electrical, or technical industries Familiarity with data centre, energy, or facilities management sectors This is a standout opportunity to step into a role where training leadership and commercial growth go hand in hand.
