The successful candidate will be responsible for cost planning and reporting, ensuring financial control across construction projects. This role requires collaboration with project teams and sub-contractors to deliver projects on budget and align with client expectations. Some remote work flexibility is offered. All work is local in Nottinghamshire and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

Experience in quantity surveying preferred.
Strong understanding of financial control and project cost management.
