What you’ll be stepping into


As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers and a key driver of new business conversations.

Rather than cold, transactional selling, you’ll be focused on understanding customer challenges, qualifying opportunities, and creating a strong pipeline for senior sales colleagues to close.

You’ll be part of a collaborative sales floor where performance matters - but so does development.


What the role actually looks like Driving early-stage sales activity


  • Speaking to prospective customers via phone, email, and online channels
  • Following up on inbound enquiries and generating outbound interest
  • Identifying genuine opportunities and filtering out low-value leads
  • Booking qualified meetings and creating momentum in the sales cycle
