We are recruiting for a Mental Health Clinical Lead to join a growing specialist care provider delivering high-quality community-based support to adults with Mental Health needs, Learning Disabilities, Autism and behaviours that challenge across London. The Role As a Mental Health Clinical Lead, you will provide clinical oversight across a portfolio of community-based Mental Health and Learning Disability packages, ensuring safe, effective and person-centred care delivery. You will work closely with commissioners, families, local authorities and multidisciplinary professionals to support service users with complex needs while maintaining the highest standards of governance and compliance. Key Responsibilities • Complete assessments and pre-assessments for new referrals. • Develop and review care plans and risk assessments. • Provide clinical oversight across Mental Health and Learning Disability packages. • Support mobilisation of new services and care packages. • Conduct spot checks, audits and quality reviews. • Lead safeguarding investigations and clinical escalations. • Deliver training, competency assessments and clinical supervision. • Work collaboratively with families, commissioners and MDT professionals. • Support recruitment and workforce development. • Ensure compliance with CQC and organisational standards. • Participate in the on-call rota as required. • Drive continuous quality improvement across services. About You • RMN or RNLD qualification. • Active NMC registration. • Experience supporting adults with Mental Health needs. • Experience within Learning Disabilities and Autism services. • Strong assessment and care planning skills. • Experience within community services or complex care. • Excellent clinical governance knowledge. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Full UK driving licence.
