Talent Acquisition Specialist.  Location: Derbyshire (on site) Salary: up to £35,000 Temporary/Interim to Permanent option available.  A growing, international organisation is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to take full ownership of end-to-end recruitment across the UK and global markets. This is a newly created role, offering real autonomy to shape how talent is attracted, assessed and hired, while partnering closely with hiring managers and a collaborative HR team. What you’ll be doing: Managing recruitment from vacancy briefing through to offer and onboarding Creating engaging job adverts and selecting effective attraction channels Proactively sourcing talent via LinkedIn, job boards, direct approaches, social media and specialist/international platforms Screening, interviewing and shortlisting, using recruitment tech and AI tools where appropriate Coordinating interviews, advising managers and ensuring consistent selection decisions Managing offers, negotiations and pre-employment checks Building talent pipelines and using recruitment data to improve processes and performanceWhat we’re looking for: Proven end-to-end recruitment experience (in-house preferred) Strong headhunting/sourcing capability and stakeholder management skills Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Interest and confidence in recruitment technology/AI Organised, commercially aware and genuinely passionate about recruitment as a specialismWorking pattern: on-site, with some flexibility (including occasional later interviews to support international hiring).
