This is an exciting opportunity to secure high-quality education placements and support services for children and young people with SEND. About the Role You will lead a team of Brokerage Officers, work closely with schools, providers and partners, oversee complex placement activity, support market engagement and ensure placements deliver excellent outcomes and value for money. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage SEND Brokerage Officers. • Secure specialist education placements. • Build strong provider relationships. • Monitor activity and performance. • Identify gaps in provision. • Support innovative solutions for children with complex needs. What We Are Looking For Experience within SEND, education, commissioning, brokerage or children’s services.
