Today, the MWM brand is part of Caterpillar Energy Solutions and combines more than 150 years of experience in the development and optimization of gas engines and generator sets for natural gas, biogas, and other special gases.Job Title: Senior Product Consultant (MWM)Grade: 23  Salary: 57,737 - 86,605Location: Peterborough, UK – On-site 5 days a week Benefits: 25 days annual leave Up to 12% bonus Contributory pension scheme – Caterpillar will double the employee's contribution up to 10%Contributory share scheme – Caterpillar will match 50% of the employee's contributionOptional flexible benefits including access to health and dental care plans, EV car lease, holiday purchase For our „EAME-CIS Power Solutions Development“ department, were looking for Your responsibilities as part of our team: Act as a subject matter expert for our product and service portfolio, supporting go-to-market activities and sales initiativesDeliver product demonstrations, customer consultations, and seminar sessions to consultancy firms, customers and external stakeholdersAnalyze customer needs, product performance, and operational efficiency to identify opportunities for business growth and continuous improvementGather customer and consultant’s feedback and market insights to support product enhancements and new product development initiativesPresent and participate at industry conferences and be an active member of several industry societiesManage and continuously improve marketing technology tools and systems to drive business performance and customer engagementPartner with cross-functional teams to define priorities, align timelines, and develop the marketing technology roadmapMonitor market trends, industry developments, and customer requirements to support strategic decision-making and growth opportunitiesYour profile – what you should bring: Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldStrong customer-focused mindset with the ability to build trusted relationships and deliver value-driven solutionsExperience translating customer needs into effective business and technical recommendationsSolid analytical and problem-solving skills with sound decision-making abilitiesExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levelsProven ability to collaborate, negotiate, and achieve mutually beneficial outcomesStrong technical aptitude and the ability to resolve complex challenges through practical solutionsVery good German and English language skills (C1 level).
