Hiring: Head of brands

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for leading process improvement activities and staff in support of CSL and industry best practices
• Defines improvement projects aligned with business strategies
• Establishes and implements processes supporting global standardization and reporting strategies
• Oversees training, communications and development of subject matter experts who provide operational support
• Establishes and maintains performance metrics to measure program success
• Manages and continuously improves operational processes to maintain target performance levels

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in relevant discipline; advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years' experience in process management
• Demonstrated project leadership/management experience
• Proven experience in in Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and qualification
• Six sigma project leadership/participation
• Experience within a regulated industry/global matrix organization preferred
