Performance Analyst (Casual) | Irish Football Association

Irish Football Association Remote (with travel to squad camps) Casual (Staffline Employee) Northern Ireland National Teams Programme

The Irish FA are seeking Performance Analysts to join their bank of casual staff, supporting national team squads across training camps and fixtures.

This role will focus on coding, presentation creation, opposition analysis, and technical delivery, working directly alongside coaches to support player and team preparation in a high-performance international football environment.

Analysis & Presentation Support

  • Code training sessions and matches using Hudl Sportscode, ensuring consistent and accurate tagging
  • Manage multiple analytical devices and workflows during live training and matches
  • Support coaches in creating pre- and post-match analysis presentations
  • Assist with opposition analysis and individual player review requests
  • Upskill coaches in the use of Hudl Sportscode and Wyscout during camps
  • Create engaging and impactful presentations using Hudl Studio and Keynote

Technical & Operational Support

  • Set up, test, and manage all filming equipment including cameras, iPads, drones, and Hudl Flex systems
  • Film training sessions and matches as required
  • Operate Hudl Replay live and troubleshoot technical issues during sessions
  • Upload and organise footage on Hudl with accurate tagging and labelling
  • Upload match footage to Wyscout, ensuring roster information is correct and up to date

Qualifications

  • Experience within football performance analysis
  • Proficiency using Hudl Sportscode and Wyscout
  • Ability to manage multiple devices and analytical workflows simultaneously in live environments
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and meet tight deadlines during camps and matchdays
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently within high-performance environments
  • Experience using Hudl Studio, Keynote, or similar presentation software
  • Previous experience within international football or elite sporting environments

Contract & Working Conditions

  • Casual contract through Staffline (not a direct Irish FA employment contract)
  • Hours are not guaranteed and will vary depending on squad programme requirements
  • Remote working with travel required for national team camps and fixtures
