Our client is a fast-growing Top 50 City law firm with ambitious growth plans and a forward-thinking entrepreneurial approach.
Role:
Joining their Leveraged Finance sub team acting for sponsor, lender, and corporate clients:

• Drafting and negotiating facility agreements
• LMA
• Intercreditor arrangements
• Corporate financings
• Growth lending
• Playing a key role in the further growth of the practice

Successful candidate:

• 6-10 PQE qualified solicitor in England & Wales
• Specialising in leveraged finance within a US or Top 20 City law firm and looking for a clearer route to partner and healthier work/life balance
