They are looking for an experienced Property Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and building strong client relationships.

You will be experienced in all aspects of property management and make managing a portfolio of around 220 properties look easy! This means you will be highly organized and self-sufficient feeling confident enough to jump straight in! If this is you, we would love to hear from you! ? As a Property Manager, your role will involve: Managing a portfolioof residential propertiesonbehalf of landlords.

Acting as themain point ofcontact for landlordsand tenants.

Managing the tenancylifecycle from move-in through torenewaland end oftenancy.

Handling tenant enquiries, queriesand maintenance requestspromptly.

Coordinating repairs andmaintenance with contractorsand ensuringworks are completedto a highstandard.

Arranging andmanaging property inspections.

Liaising with landlordsregarding property condition, maintenance and expenditure.

Managingrent-related queriesand working closelywith the accountsteam regarding arrears.

Dealing with tenancyrenewals, extensions andnotices.

Ensuring properties andtenancies remain compliantwith current legislationand safety requirements.

Managing check-inand check-outprocesses.

Coordinating depositdeductions and resolvingdisputes where necessary.

Building and maintainingstrong relationships withlandlords, tenants andcontractors.

Keeping accurate recordsand ensuring allproperty management systemsarekept up todate.

Responding effectively toemergenciesand urgent maintenanceissues.

The Individual: Excellent oral and written communications skills.

A minimum of 1 year property management experience.

Excellent team player with the ability to work on your own.

Excellent IT skills with intermediate MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Ability to use Alto Highly motivated and positive with a can do attitude.
