This is a high-impact role offering exposure to complex, technical work across development, finance and investment -ideal for someone ready to step up and shape their career.What you'll be doing:Running a varied caseload including residential development, bridging finance, portfolio refinances, title splitting, lease drafting, plot sales, infrastructure agreements and auction transactionsActing for lenders, developers and investors across the residential real estate spaceAdvising on technical matters with minimal supervisionSupporting junior team members and contributing to leadership initiativesBuilding client relationships and growing your networkSupporting business development through events, publications and sector engagementWhat you'll bring:Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEx with 5+ years' PQEStrong background in residential development and complex conveyancingExcellent drafting, organisation and client-handling skillsConfidence managing files independently and mentoring othersThis role offers a supportive working environment, a varied and engaging caseload, and a competitive salary with a full benefits package.
