Mechanical Supervisor Central London Ongoing Work Available Immediate Start £300 per day (8-hour days) We're working with a well-established air conditioning and mechanical contractor who is delivering a high-profile commercial office fit-out in Central London. They are now looking for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join the project team and take responsibility for overseeing on-site mechanical installation works. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on supervisor who enjoys driving site progress, coordinating trades, and ensuring high standards of installation on a fast-paced commercial project. With a minimum of 5 months' work available, this role offers strong continuity for the right person. The role: You will be responsible for supervising all mechanical services on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with programme and specification. Supervising HVAC and mechanical installation work on a commercial office fit-out Coordinating duct fitters, air conditioning engineers, and plumbers Ensuring works are carried out to programme, quality, and health & safety standards Working closely with site management and other trades to drive progress Supporting smooth coordination across all mechanical services packagesWhat you'll need: Valid SSSTS Valid CSCS card Strong background within a mechanical trade (HVAC, plumbing, or ductwork) Previous experience in a supervisory or lead role on commercial projectsThe successful Mechanical Supervisor will be paid £300 per day, working 8-hour shifts, with ongoing work available (minimum 5 months) on a flagship London project.
