What you'll be doing:

  • Work on product performance and process
  • Reporting and analysis tasks
  • Tech support for customers
  • Support innovation for engineering tasks
  • Perform root cause and corrective action as required
  • Support manufacturing cells and engineering tasks as required
  • Design for manufacturability (DFM), NPI and manufacturing process tasks
  • KPIs/metrics/data as required

Your Skills:

  • Minimum HND or degree in a related subject e.g. STEM, production or manufacturing engineering.
  • Knowledge/experience of electronics manufacturing
  • Process improvement/efficiency/lean manufacturing
  • Can lead/participate in process FMEA, control plan, process flow development, review and risk mitigation processes
  • Experience of various manufacturing platforms
  • Technical presentation skills
  • Ideally have worked for an engineering, manufacturing or defence company
  • Communication to all levels of the organisation
  • Can work as a team player, independently and challenge status quo as required
