Working alongside talented employment specialists, the successful candidate will become the driving force behind technical excellence, helping lawyers stay ahead of legislative change, emerging case law and evolving client demands.The team advises an impressive range of clients, from major national employers and public sector bodies to SMEs, senior executives and private individuals. With employment law undergoing significant change, this is a rare opportunity to shape the future of a growing practice.Key responsibilities include:Monitoring legal developments and translating complex changes into practical guidanceManaging and enhancing precedents, templates and know-how resourcesDesigning and delivering engaging training, CPD programmes and inductionsProducing thought leadership, client updates and market-leading insightsDriving innovation through legal technology, automation and AI-powered solutionsThis role would suit an experienced Employment Solicitor or existing PSL with excellent technical knowledge, strong communication skills and a genuine passion for learning and development.
