Chief D&I & Wellbeing Strategy Lead

M&G is seeking a senior HR leader to embed diversity, inclusion and wellbeing into our UK business, working within a highly regulated environment. The role focuses on shaping strategy, governance and delivery across the organisation to drive an inclusive culture and better business outcomes.

You will partner with HR leadership, act as a trusted advisor to the executive team, and lead initiatives that advance psychological safety, bias reduction and inclusive leadership across functions.
