Commercial Analyst

This is a great fit for someone who enjoys turning complex data into clear, actionable insight.Role: Commercial Analyst | Location: North West London (NW2) - hybrid (3 days office, 2 from home) | Type: Permanent | Salary: Competitive (depending on experience)Key responsibilities includeProduce monthly outturn forecasts from export orders and maintain visibility of the rolling 4-month order bookIdentify supply chain risks, delays and stock issues, escalating where appropriateAnalyse distributor sales-in and sales-out to spot trends, performance drivers and opportunitiesBuild and improve reporting/processes to measure and evaluate campaign performance (working with International Marketing leadership)Support commercial projects including pricing reviews, new market assessments and distributor incentive programmesReview distributor project briefs, assess commercial viability and provide clear recommendationsCoordinate product availability, lead times and shipment status through accurate internal communication and cross-checkingKey skills and experience requiredDegree educated (ideally Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or similar)Proven experience in a fast-moving, commercial and externally-facing analyst roleStrong data analysis skills with the ability to translate insight into commercial actionsAdvanced Excel (highly beneficial)ERP experience (SAP or similar)Understanding of statistical methods, analytical techniques, and basic finance/budgetingStrong attention to detail, stakeholder communication, and problem-solvingComfortable working across international markets and culturesProject management experience is advantageous
