Our client is one of the world's most celebrated luxury hospitality and airline catering groups and their West London operation is where precision meets genuine culinary craft. This isn't a production line. Standards here are exceptional, and they need a Chef de Partie who takes that seriously.
The Role
You'll work across all sections of a high-volume, high-standard kitchen, supporting the senior brigade and taking ownership of your station with confidence. Shifts run either 6am2:30pm or 2pm10pm. Structured, consistent, and suited to those who like clarity in their working day.
What You'll Be Doing
Running your section to the expected standard; every service, every time
Preparing and presenting dishes in line with exacting specifications
Supporting and developing more junior team members on shift
Maintaining full compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
Adapting across sections as required in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
What We're Looking For
Proven Chef de Partie experience in a high-volume or premium kitchen
Strong across multiple sections; you're comfortable wherever you're xwzovoh needed
Reliable, professional, and calm under pressure
Right to work in the UK
The Package
£34,000 per annum
40 hours per week, 5 days over 7
Shift patterns: 6am2:30pm or 2pm10pm
