Marketing Manager - Catering Up to £38,000 per annum + excellent staff benefits Want to put your marketing ideas into action - and see the commercial results? We're looking for a commercially minded B2B Marketing Manager to join a growing foodservice business and take ownership of its marketing activity. This isn't a role where you'll simply be managing a plan that's already in place. You'll have the opportunity to shape the strategy, influence the wider business and make a visible difference. Your brief Think customers, campaigns, creativity and commercial growth. You'll turn customer insight into marketing that gets noticed and delivers results - from trade campaigns and promotions to digital activity, content, events, customer journeys and sales support. You'll be working alongside Sales, Trading, Operations, suppliers and senior stakeholders, giving you plenty of opportunity to influence, collaborate and bring new ideas to life. Could this be you? You'll ideally have a background in B2B marketing within foodservice, wholesale, FMCG, food or beverage, together with a track record of delivering marketing that supports business growth. We're looking for someone who is: Commercial - you understand that great marketing needs to deliver results. Creative - you're full of ideas and know how to turn them into engaging campaigns. Customer-focused - you use insight to understand what customers need and how to engage them. Influential - you're confident working with stakeholders across different functions and at senior level. Hands-on - you're happy owning the strategy while getting stuck into the detail and making things happen. What's in it for you?
