You'll be responsible for maintaining and servicing a variety of systems across medium to large commercial sites throughout the UK, ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service and support. The Role As a Fire & Security Service Engineer, you will: * Service and maintain fire alarm, access control, and security systems. * Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs. * Complete planned preventative maintenance visits. * Ensure all work complies with current British Standards and industry regulations. * Produce accurate service reports and documentation. * Build strong relationships with customers by delivering excellent service. * Work independently while supporting the wider engineering team when required. What We're Looking For Essential: * Strong knowledge of Gent fire alarm systems. * Good understanding of current British Standards. * FIA training or equivalent industry knowledge. * ECS Card. * Asbestos Awareness certification. * IPAF and PASMA certifications. * Full UK driving licence. * Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Professional approach with high attention to detail.
