Main Purpose of the Role
The Spicerhaart Group is the UK’s leading independent estate agency. This role allows you to build your career on your own terms, providing a personal estate agency service while optimising your work/life balance. You will create and nurture a local customer base, deliver excellent service from valuation to completion of sale, and grow your business through marketing, sales and customer care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end‑to‑end estate agency services for customers, from valuation to completion of sale.
- Build and maintain a local customer base and local relationships.
- Generate business through marketing your personal brand and using the company’s marketing tools.
- Deliver exceptional customer experience and build a reputation that clients rave about.
- Work closely with local branch hub teams, central lead management and concierge telephony support to grow your business.
Requirements
- Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK.
- Evidence of right to work in the UK (passport or birth certificate).
- Proof of address.
- National Insurance number.
