NQ Family Solicitor

My client is seeking a Family Solicitor with NQ-4 years' PQE to join their well-established Family team in Leicester, Leicestershire. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a highly regarded Family department, managing a varied caseload of private family matters while working closely with experienced senior lawyers in a supportive and collaborative environment. The Role You will be responsible for managing a broad caseload of private family matters, including: • Divorce and separation • Financial remedy proceedings • Cohabitation disputes • Private children matters • Drafting court applications, statements, consent orders and other legal documentation • Managing matters from initial instruction through to conclusion • Advising clients with clear, practical and empathetic legal advice • Preparing matters for hearings and liaising with counsel where appropriate • Maintaining compliance with regulatory and file management procedures • Supporting business development through networking, marketing and building client relationships Requirements • Qualified Solicitor with NQ-4 years' PQE • Experience handling private family law matters • Strong knowledge of divorce, financial remedy and children matters • Excellent drafting, communication and client care skills • Ability to manage your own caseload with appropriate supervision • Organised with strong attention to detail • Commercially aware with a proactive approach to business development • Enthusiastic about developing your career within Family Law What's on Offer • Competitive salary • Profit share scheme and discretionary bonus • 25 days' annual leave plus Bank Holidays • One paid charity day per year • Private medical cover • Wellbeing programme and regular staff events • Excellent career development and progression opportunities • Supportive and collaborative working environment Should you have any questions or wish to apply please do not hesitate to contact Clear Legal and Financial Recruitment.
