Contract: Full-time, Temp for 3 months
Salary: 28.83 hour
The Role We are looking for an experienced Revenues Manager to lead the delivery of Council Tax and NNDR services. You will ensure accurate billing, effective collection, statutory compliance, and continuous service improvement while leading and developing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities Deliver efficient Council Tax, NNDR, and BID billing services
Ensure compliance with legislation and completion of statutory returns
Lead debt recovery and income collection performance
Manage and develop Revenues Team Managers and staff
Oversee revenues systems, service plans, and performance indicators
Maintain accurate data, reporting, and financial controls
Manage budgets, risks, and service improvements
Authorise and recommend debt write-offs xwzovoh in line with procedure
About You Strong experience in Council Tax and NNDR
In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation
Proven leadership and team management skills
Analytical, organised, and performance-driven
Confident communicator with stakeholder management experience
