Service Desk Analyst 3-Month Initial Contract 100% On site in Eastleigh £21.35 p/h (Umbrella) Start ASAP Your new company You'll be joining a dynamic and supportive IT team within a public sector environment, where technology plays a key role in enabling operational efficiency and service delivery. The team is committed to providing high-quality support and ensuring users get the most from their ICT systems. Experience: Previous experience working in a service desk or IT support environment. Handling incidents and service requests using ITSM tools Experience supporting Microsoft Windows and Office 365. Use of Active Directory (account unlocks, password resets, etc.).Skills & Competencies: Excellent customer service and communication skills. Basic understanding of networking and remote access (VPN, DNS, etc.). Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
