Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour Job Type: Flexible, Ad-hoc, Days and Nights Available Immediate Start Available We are currently recruiting experienced and compassionate Senior Carers to support our client at a welcoming care home in Lancaster. What We Offer: • £15.00 per hour • Flexible shifts to fit around your availability • Day and night shifts available • Ad-hoc and ongoing work opportunities • Free meals whilst on shift • Free parking • Supportive working environment • Immediate starts available Key Responsibilities: • Deliver high standards of person-centred care. • Administer and record medication in line with policies and procedures. • Support and supervise care staff during shifts. • Maintain accurate care records and documentation. • Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities. • Promote dignity, independence and wellbeing. • Liaise effectively with colleagues, families and healthcare professionals. Requirements: • Previous experience working as a Senior Carer or experienced Care Assistant. • Medication administration experience is desirable. • Excellent communication and leadership skills. • A caring, compassionate and reliable approach. • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care is desirable but not essential.
