Develop and deliver project scope and requirements within specified timeframe including: Stakeholder analysis and engagement, and Change impact analysis, Leadership engagement and alignment, Readiness assessment, Communications, training plans and materialsDefine organizational change toolkit, methodology, and activities across multiple projects, Use defined and established organizational change management processes, templates, and guidanceBuild and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across Deloitte Technology, Deloitte Businesses, and Member Firms. Meet regularly with these individuals to ensure continued alignment with business and organizational needs across assigned programs/projectsDevelop and demonstrate strong business knowledge and technical competency on assigned initiativesWork with all stakeholders to identify and confirm necessary change and deployment artifacts throughout the project lifecycleLead change-related program/project issue/risk management, remediation plans, and escalations across channels, studios/service areas for projects/programs - responsible for providing management direction in these areas and ensuring clear communication, consideration of all factors, generation of solution alternatives, and defined actionable plansLead deployment activities and establish deployment schedules for implemented solutions into the Member Firms maximizing business valueCreate change and deployment artifacts and lead go-live readiness assessments and checklistsPrepare and deliver regular, audience-specific communications/reports/dashboards to ensure that sponsors, key stakeholders, and leadership are adequately apprised of program and project statuses, successes, risks, and issues related to Change Management.Maintain oversight and accountability for change-related project/program performance including the creation/review of key delivery metricsSupport value tracking for implemented initiativesMaintain and drive credibility and accountability for all program, projects, and deployment deliverables on assigned initiativesConnect to your skills and professional experienceQualificationsProsci CertifiedDemonstrable change management experienceDemonstrated experience in SAFe/Agile projects and strong Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) knowledgeBachelor’s Degree or equivalent experienceStrategic and critical thinker with the ability to make connections across workstreams and Deloitte’s matrixed organizationDemonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently, and be flexible and highly adaptive in a fast-paced environmentExcellent planning and organization skills.Demonstrated analytical abilities, negotiation/presentation skills, and organizational/planning abilities.Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams.Significant experience working with a blend of onshore/offshore teams and eco-partners/contractorsConnect to your business - Enabling FunctionsCollaboration is central to everything we do at Deloitte.
