- £47,000 DAY SHIFT ONLY A growing and well-established manufacturing business in Dungannon is seeking a Dual Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join its engineering team.
This role offers the opportunity to work within a modern production environment, supporting machinery, plant services and continuous improvement initiatives.
Working Pattern 40 hours per week on a rotating 3-week schedule: Week 1: Monday-Friday | 06:00
- 15:00 Week 2: Monday-Friday | 10:00
- 19:00 Week 3: 3 weekdays | 08:00
- 17:00 + Saturday-Sunday | 07:00
- 17:00 The Role As an Electrical Engineer, you will provide day-to-day electrical maintenance across production machinery, equipment and site services.
You will play a key role in ensuring operational uptime through fault diagnosis, preventative maintenance and electrical project work.
Key Responsibilities Provide electrical maintenance support to production, diagnosing and resolving faults to minimise downtime.
Carry out inspection, repair and fault finding on production equipment.
Complete and manage planned and reactive maintenance tasks through the maintenance management system.
Support electrical installations, upgrades and commissioning projects.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and increased equipment reliability.
Work closely with internal teams and external contractors to ensure safe and effective maintenance practices.
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality procedures, including safe isolation practices.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
Essential Criteria Electrical engineering qualification or recognised apprenticeship.
Experience in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic ability on electrical systems and control panels.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. xwzovoh
