The Vacancy ?? Relief Support Worker ?? Location: The Heathers We are seeking compassionate and motivated Relief Support Workers to join our Intellectual Disabilities & Autism team.

As a Relief Support Worker at our Heathers service, you'll be at the heart of that mission, providing hands-on care and emotional support to people with learning disabilities and complex needs.
? About the Role You'll play a key role in day-to-day life at The Heathers, where your support makes a real difference.
This is a varied, rewarding and physically active role that involves: Developing and maintaining trusting, professional relationships with the people who use our services, acting in a supportive and empathetic manner.
Showing compassion and sensitivity to the needs of the people who use our services and their next of kin.
Contributing to a harmonious and therapeutic environment.
Supporting the people who use our services to manage their physical health, mental health and wellbeing through the development and implementation of an individual support plan.
Identifying problems and issues, and working with the people who use our services to provide the most appropriate solutions to promote wellbeing for all.
