Building Services Engineer  London £40,000–£50,000 Key responsibilities include: Supporting senior team members in the delivery of building services projects Taking an active role in technical design across multiple project stages Undertaking design calculations to inform engineering decisions Producing technical reports, specifications, and supporting documentation Coordinating with clients, architects, contractors, and external consultants Attending client, design, and progress meetings Carrying out site inspections and reporting findings back to the design team Collaborating with other disciplines to deliver integrated project solutions Supporting wider business objectives through cross-team collaborationTechnical Exposure The role will involve working with a range of industry-standard tools and software, including: Amtech AutoCAD Dialux or Relux General reporting and specification writing toolsThe Ideal Candidate Degree in Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or similar) Experience within a building services consultancy environment Understanding of mechanical, electrical, or public health systems Familiarity with industry software such as AutoCAD, Amtech, Dialux/Relux Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders Proactive, organised, and able to manage workload across multiple projectsWhat’s on Offer £40,000–£50,000 salary (depending on experience) Exposure to a wide variety of projects and sectors Opportunity to take on more responsibility within project teams Supportive and collaborative working environment Ongoing development and progression opportunitiesThis is a great opportunity for a Building Services Engineer looking to step into a role with more responsibility and project involvement within a forward-thinking consultancy.
