Data Privacy Manager

Data Privacy Manager Contract Length: 3 months Day Rate: £285 per day IR35: Inside IR35 Location: Keynsham, Bristol (hybrid / remote offering) Start Date: ASAP ✅ Key Responsibilities: Support delivery of a GDPR and data privacy uplift programme Lead and contribute to DPIAs, data risk assessments, and remediation actions Manage and support SARs / DSARs and associated workflows Maintain and update Records of Processing Activities (RoPA) Support privacy incident and breach management where required Work closely with legal, IT, security, and operational stakeholders Ensure practical application of UK GDPR and ICO guidance Contribute to policies, procedures, and privacy-by-design approaches ✅ Required Skills & Experience Essential Proven hands-on data privacy / data protection experience Strong working knowledge of UK GDPR Experience supporting privacy uplift or compliance programmesHighly Desirable IAPP qualification (CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT) Use of privacy tooling (e.g. OneTrust or similar)
