Electro Mechanical Service Engineer Location: Crewe Salary: £32,000 - £36,000 Contract: Full Time | Permanent About the Role We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electro Mechanical Service Engineer to join a busy workshop-based engineering team. This is a hands-on role involving the inspection, servicing, repair and assembly of pumps and associated equipment within a specialist engineering environment. The successful candidate will work closely with a dedicated engineering team, supporting maintenance activities and ensuring high standards of workmanship and customer service. What You’ll Be Doing Inspect, service, repair and assemble pumps and associated equipment Complete service reports and maintain accurate documentation Carry out equipment performance testing Assist with fault finding and technical problem solving Liaise with customers and suppliers where required Maintain a safe, clean and organised workshop environment Support continuous improvement and company procedures Assist in the development and support of other team members What We’re Looking For Experience working in a similar electro mechanical, maintenance or workshop-based engineering role Working knowledge of motors and/or pumps Electrically competent with strong hands-on engineering ability Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills Good communication skills and ability to work within a team Ability to manage workload effectively and prioritise tasks Qualifications & Experience Technical qualification (minimum Level 3) Minimum 3 years’ experience within a similar workshop environment Computer literate (Word, Excel and general systems use) What’s on Offer Stable, long-term engineering opportunity Supportive workshop team environment Ongoing training and development opportunities Varied and hands-on engineering work Opportunity for future progression Important Information Based in South Cheshire / Woore area Candidates should be flexible to business requirements Strong commitment to health & safety standards required
