Site Manager South Central £50k + Company Van + Fuel Card + Laptop + Phone + 25 Days holiday PAYE and Self-Employed considered An established and growing principal contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to support a strong pipeline of projects across South Central. Operating across commercial, rail, retail and refurbishment sectors, the business has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects with a focus on safety, collaboration and client satisfaction.This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking contractor with long-standing industry relationships, repeat business and genuine opportunities for career progression. The Role You will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard. Projects may include: * Commercial refurbishments * Fit-out works * Rail-related construction projects * M&E infrastructure upgrades * New build and refurbishment schemes Responsibilities * Managing subcontractors and site teams * Overseeing health & safety compliance * Coordinating site logistics and programme delivery * Conducting site meetings and reporting progress * Ensuring quality standards are maintained throughout delivery * Liaising with clients, consultants and internal teams * Managing materials, labour and site documentation Requirements * Proven experience as a Site Manager within construction or fit-out * Background working for a main contractor or principal contractor * Experience delivering commercial, rail, refurbishment or infrastructure projects * SMSTS, CSCS, PTS and First Aid certifications * Strong communication and organisational skills * Ability to manage fast-paced projects and multiple stakeholders What’s On Offer * Competitive salary and package * Long-term career progression * Stable pipeline of secured work * Supportive and collaborative culture * Opportunity to work on technically challenging projects * Investment in training and professional development For a confidential discussion and further details, apply today
