Property Auction Valuer

A really exciting opportunity has arisen to join an innovative and established Property Auctioneers as an Auction Valuer in the Bournemouth area.

Continued success and growth in the Dorset region now means that an Auction Valuer is required to maximise provided and personally generated leads in the area directly with vendors, estate agents, solicitors and other associated property businesses.

The successful agent will have a good geographical knowledge of Dorset and the surrounding areas, as well as ideally someone who has pre-existing relationships with property businesses in this area to further grow opportunities and successfully close business.

Salary and Benefits:

• Basic salary of £25-30,000 per annum and OTE £70-100,000
• Up to 10% commission structure.
• Monday-to-Friday working hours of 9:00am–5:00pm.
• No regular weekend working.
