Your responsibilities as Facilities Manager
Managing commercial building assets as the landlord’s on-site representative
Overseeing contractors, PPM schedules, reactive maintenance and statutory compliance
Managing service charge budgets, expenditure forecasting and invoice approvals
Ensuring high standards of Health & Safety, Fire Safety and compliance across the portfolio
Building strong tenant relationships and attending regular occupier meetings
Managing CAFM systems, inspections, maintenance programmes and refurbishment support projects
What we’re looking for in a Facilities Manager
Proven experience of Facilities Management experience within commercial property
Experience working directly for a landlord
Proven experience managing service charge budgets is essential
IOSH qualified with strong Health & Safety and compliance knowledge
Experience managing multi-site commercial property portfolios
Strong contractor management and stakeholder communication skills
Experience using CAFM systems and compliance platforms
IWFM membership preferred, with NEBOSH or further FM qualifications advantageous
