Arden White Recruitment are supporting a well-established automotive dealer group in their search for an experienced Workshop Controller to join their busy aftersales operation in Yeovil.
This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody looking to step into a stable, well-supported dealership environment where you’ll play a key role in driving workshop efficiency, technician productivity and customer satisfaction.
Workshop Controller - Yeovil
- £40,000 OTE (flexible depending on experience)
- Full Time
- Full UK Driving Licence Required
- MUST have previous experience
The Role
Control and allocate workshop jobs to maximise productivity and efficiency
Monitor repair progress and keep the Service team updated throughout the day
Carry out quality control checks and final vehicle inspections
Support technicians with workshop workflow and daily organisation
Ensure all work is completed in line with manufacturer, warranty and health & safety standards
Help maintain a clean, safe and professional workshop environment
Assist with improving workshop performance and customer satisfactionWhat We’re Looking For
Previous experience as a Workshop Controller, is required to be considered
NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Confident communicator who can work well under pressure
IT literate with a customer-focused approach
Full UK driving licenceWhat’s On Offer
