A Fender is more than an instrument, it’s a cultural symbol that resonates globally.We seek an analytical and creative CRM Marketing Manager to help strategise and execute ad-hoc campaigns and automated lifecycle marketing programs focused on sales, engagement, retention and winback.

This role will help grow our existing CRM eCommerce programs within the UK, FR, and DE and build new programs from the ground up in Spain and Italy. This role will work closely with several cross-functional teams to execute various marketing campaigns and develop customer experience enhancements. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented CRM professional with a strong understanding of email and CRM best practices, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and customer databases.

About the Job:Own strategy, performance, execution, and expansion of CRM programs in the EMEA region.Develop and implement CRM strategies and campaigns to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and retention in the EMEA region.Partner with eComm team to evolve and optimize Fender EMEA’s overall customer engagement and conversions, and drive growth of CRM channel impact.Drive ongoing optimisation through a comprehensive A/B testing strategy to improve email deliverability, open, click-through, and conversion rates and develop best practices.Utilise customer data and insights to segment audiences, ensuring personalised communications that are relevant and effective.Monitor and analyse CRM campaign performance metrics (conversion rates, customer lifetime value, retention rates) to optimise effectiveness and ROI, report campaign metrics to leadership on daily/weekly basis.Manage the end-to-end execution of CRM campaigns, covering planning, targeting, deployment, and performance analysis.Lead internal and external design and copy resources to drive asset and content creation and delivery.Work closely with the MarTech team and external vendors to maintain and enhance the CRM platform, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulations.Own the QA process for emails and related landing page content, including detailedWhat You Need:Demonstrable experience in lifecycle/CRM, email marketing, and marketing automation, with the expertise to lead and optimise customer lifecycle programmes.Substantial experience in marketing automation strategy with real-life examples of successful revenue growth and engagement growth at scaleExpert experience in CRM and MarTech tools such as Iterable, Wunderkind, Google Analytics, Demandware, etc.Strong understanding of customer segmentation, behaviour, and consumer insightsNotable experience in consumer-facing product marketing and subscription-based productsBackground in content planning, briefing, and strategyAbility to see from the consumer’s perspective and serve as their advocatePassionate about understanding consumer behaviour with a demonstrated ability to translate findings into meaningful, prosperous long-term relationshipsDemonstrated critical thinking skills with an ability to make decisions for the businessTeam player; ability to work proactively with all business divisions and drive resultsPrevious experience building a CRM programExperience managing projects through Workfront, JIRA, or similar platformsSolid understanding of GDPR and its effects on CRMEffective cross-functional communication and organisational navigationBA/BS in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plusAbout Fender Musical Instruments:Fender Musical Instruments Corporation (FMIC) is one of the world’s leading musical instrument manufacturers, marketers and distributors, whose portfolio of brands includes Fender, Squier, Gretsch, Jackson, EVH, Charvel and Groove Tubes, among others.
