Mobile Crane Engineer - South East (Field‑Based) £45,000+ * Van * Fuel Card * Overtime * Monday-Friday If you're an experienced engineer who enjoys getting stuck into mechanical, electrical and hydraulic fault‑finding, this mobile crane role will suit you perfectly. You'll be out on the road supporting customers, carrying out inspections, servicing, repairs and breakdown work across a range of lifting equipment. It's a solid, long‑term position with proper support, proper kit, and the freedom to manage your own day. What You'll Be Doing Crane servicing - inspections, maintenance and repairs on mobile and overhead cranes Fault‑finding - diagnosing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and control system issues LOLER inspections - ensuring lifting equipment meets safety and compliance standards Attending breakdowns and completing repairs efficiently Completing accurate job sheets and documentation Working independently across customer sites with a fully equipped field‑based van Representing the brand professionally and maintaining strong customer relationships What You Need Background in crane engineering, heavy plant, lifting equipment or similar mechanical/electrical maintenance Strong understanding of hydraulics, electrics, motors, controls and lifting systems Confident fault‑finding under pressure Full UK driving licence Comfortable working at height when required What You Get £45,000+ salary Company van + fuel card Overtime available to boost earnings Monday-Friday working Strong training and development support Stable, long‑term role with varied daily work To apply, send your CV to (url removed) For more information, call (phone number removed) If this role is not right for you but would suit a friend or colleague, paid referral fees are available for successful placements.
