Health and Safety Advisor (Nights) (Contract)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced HSE Advisor to join a leading construction organisation, supporting a large scale project in South Lanarkshire. The Role: As HSE Advisor, you will play a key role in promoting and maintaining high standards of Health, Safety & Environmental compliance across multiple construction sites. You will work closely with site teams to ensure safe working practices are embedded at every level. Support and advise site teams on all HSE matters Conduct regular site audits, inspections, and risk assessments Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company procedures Investigate incidents and support corrective actions Promote a strong safety-first culture across all projects Produce clear and accurate HSE documentation and reports About You: Proven experience in an HSE role within construction or a similar industry Strong working knowledge of UK Health & Safety legislation Confident carrying out audits, inspections, and risk assessments Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at site level NEBOSH Certificate (or equivalent) required; IOSH membership desirable Proactive, detail-focused, and able to work independently.
