The Role As Care Home Manager, you will provide strong, visible leadership, ensuring residents receive the highest standards of person-centred care while creating a positive and inclusive culture for your team. You will have overall responsibility for the home's performance, quality of care, regulatory compliance, and resident wellbeing. Leading by example, you'll inspire confidence, promote continuous improvement, and ensure residents' physical, emotional, and social needs are met with dignity, compassion, and respect. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care Promote a culture of person-centred care, independence, choice, and dignity Provide clinical oversight and ensure care remains evidence-based and responsive to residents' needs Support colleagues through change and development with clear communication and consistent leadership Drive quality improvement initiatives and embed best practice throughout the home Ensure safeguarding, health and wellbeing remain at the heart of all decision-making Build strong relationships with residents, families, professionals, and external stakeholders Maintain high standards of governance, compliance, and operational performance Champion learning, development, succession planning, and talent growth across the team About You We're looking for a resilient, compassionate, and inspiring leader who is passionate about delivering outstanding care.
