You'll shape the strategy and delivery of a diverse portfolio ofproducts that connect millions of people with our world-leading science, conservationand visitor experiences.
Thisis an exciting opportunity to lead the adoption of a product managementapproach, embed agile ways of working and drive meaningful change across theorganisation. You'll inspire a talented product team, influence strategicdecision-making, and work with experts across science, horticulture, technologyand marketing to create innovative services that enhance the experience ofmillions of users. You’llbe passionate about developing user-focussed digital products and services,creating digital product strategies and managing a portfolio of digitalproducts. You’ll lead the digital products vision, roadmap and framework forKew, heading up a team of motivated Digital Product Managers to identify anddeliver improvements to our existing portfolio of products, including kew.organd shop.kew.org. You’ll work with a diverse range of other teams across theorganisation to creatively develop new digital products and services thatdeliver real value for our users.
Thisrole is part of Kew’s Digital department and reports to the Director ofDigital. If you're passionate about building high-quality digital products thatbalance user needs with organisational goals, we'd love to hear from you.
