You'll shape the strategy and delivery of a diverse portfolio ofproducts that connect millions of people with our world-leading science, conservationand visitor experiences.

Thisis an exciting opportunity to lead the adoption of a product managementapproach, embed agile ways of working and drive meaningful change across theorganisation. You'll inspire a talented product team, influence strategicdecision-making, and work with experts across science, horticulture, technologyand marketing to create innovative services that enhance the experience ofmillions of users. With ambitious plans for the future, this is an opportunityto make a lasting contribution to an organisation whose work benefits people,plants and the planet.

You’llbe passionate about developing user-focussed digital products and services,creating digital product strategies and managing a portfolio of digitalproducts. You’ll lead the digital products vision, roadmap and framework forKew, heading up a team of motivated Digital Product Managers to identify anddeliver improvements to our existing portfolio of products, including kew.organd shop.kew.org. You’ll work with a diverse range of other teams across theorganisation to creatively develop new digital products and services thatdeliver real value for our users.
