What You'll Be Doing Learning the full 360 recruitment process: sourcing, screening, and placing candidates Making outbound calls to build relationships with new and existing clients Advertising vacancies and headhunting suitable candidates Interviewing and shortlisting candidates for live roles Building your own desk and client base with support from experienced consultants Working towards personal and team targets Learning the ropes of negotiation, offer management, and closing deals What We're Looking For Confident, articulate, and personable -  you'll be on the phone a lot Competitive, resilient, and money-motivated A strong work ethic and genuine desire to build a career, not just take a job Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service is a big plus (but not essential) Coachable — happy to take on feedback and put training into practice Organised, with good attention to detail What's In It For You Basic salary of up to £25,000, depending on experience Full training programme with ongoing mentoring and support Clear, fast-tracked progression into a full 360 consultant role Modern office based in Barnsley with free on-site parking Regular incentives, team socials, and rewards for top performers A fun, supportive, and ambitious team culture
