MEICA and capital maintenance team.

Our Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control & Automation (MEICA) experts offer a one-stop solution, including ongoing operation and maintenance services.

What will you be doing? M Group are currently recruiting for a Contract Delivery Manager to join the TES Division. In this role, you'll oversee the day-to-day management of service contracts, ensuring compliance, strategic planning, and effective stakeholder engagement. This is a great opportunity to work on the prestigious Tideway Tunnel. Due to the nature of the role we'll need you to have d

emonstrated experience in maintaining and steering collaborative approaches within service delivery.

You'll be proficient in overseeing the day-to-day management and administration of service contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory standards along with being skilled in

fostering positive relationships with stakeholders, facilitating effective communication, and addressing concerns to ensure project success.

You'll have demonstrated leadership capabilities in mobilising teams, reviewing subcontractor performance, and ensuring that personnel undergo necessary training and security checks as well as being e xperienced in preparing reports, attending progress meetings, and overseeing the preparation of risk assessments and method statements for maintenance tasks and activities.

We'll also need you to have thorough understanding of CDM Regulations ensuring adherence throughout project lifecycle. What you’ll bring

Do you have experience managing maintenance and/or construction contracts of similar value and complexity within critical infrastructure?

Have you got proven practical experience in management and administration of NEC contracts?

Do you have prior experience implementing a contract management solution for a large programme of works?

Have you got a background in quantity surveying/commercial management? This is advantageous.

Do you have previous experience of successfully working in a fast paced environment preferably within Delivery/ Project Management?

Do you have Contract or Project management qualification(s) - This is preferred but not essential.

Are you someone who has excellent IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office based programs?

Are you experienced with a variety H&S standards?

Do you hold a valid UK driving licence?
