  • Provide commercially focused advice and lead stakeholder meetings, ensuring effective communication across project teams.
  • Oversee the preparation of estimates, cost plans, tender documentation, pricing schedules, and financial reporting.
  • Monitor project financial performance, identifying risks, cost pressures, and forecasting final account positions.
  • Administer contracts across various forms, particularly JCT suites.
  • Support, mentor, and oversee junior team members, including APC guidance and development.
  • Manage team resources, allocate workload effectively, and ensure quality standards and deadlines are achieved.
  • Contribute to fee proposals, scope definition, and maintain high-quality, consistent project outputs.

Project sectors include:

What makes this opportunity stand out?

  • Strong staff retention and clear progression pathways
  • High levels of autonomy with limited corporate bureaucracy

  • Exposure to both traditional consultancy/PQS services and hands on commercial management roles
  • Competitive salary packages above typical market rates
  • Annual team trips and strong team culture

Having partnered with this consultancy on multiple occasions, one thing that consistently stands out is their exceptional staff retention, a real reflection of the culture they’ve built. Their people genuinely sit at the centre of the business, and that comes across from the very first conversation. xwzovoh
