Project Manager

Great opportunity has come up in Bristol for an experienced intermediate-level Project Manager to join a leading multidisciplinary consultancy, supporting the successful delivery of residential and land remediation projects across the South West. The Role You’ll take ownership of a diverse portfolio of projects from inception to completion, working within a collaborative consultancy environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing programmes, budgets, and client relationships, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality and compliance. Key Responsibilities Manage residential and remediation projects through all stages of the project lifecycle Prepare and maintain project documentation, including programmes, risk registers, and reports Coordinate design teams, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives Oversee cost management, procurement, and change control processes Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and local authorities Contribute to business development through professional engagement and project delivery excellence The Ideal Candidate: Degree-qualified in Project Management, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field Ideally working towards, or already holding, APM, RICS, or CIOB accreditation Proven experience delivering residential or remediation projects, ideally within a consultancy or client-side environment Strong understanding of construction processes, contract administration (NEC/JCT), and project controls Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills A proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to work independently when required What’s on offer: Competitive salary and benefits package Hybrid working options Ongoing professional development and support toward chartership Opportunity to work on impactful regeneration and residential projects with an experienced team Interested?
