What the job entails
As Revenue Growth Manager, you will drive profitable sales growth across the business, providing the analysis and insight that supports effective commercial decision-making. Reporting to the UK & Ireland Sales Director, you will work closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Category, Demand Planning and New Product Development teams.
Your responsibilities will include analysing performance across products, customers, channels and categories; identifying trends, risks and growth opportunities; and evaluating pricing, margins, promotions and price elasticity. You will support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis, contribute to profitability reviews and develop business cases for strategic initiatives.
You will also assess the commercial viability of new product launches, build financial models and produce dashboards, reports and management presentations. By translating complex data into clear recommendations, you will help improve revenue, margin and overall business performance in a fast-paced environment.
Key requirements / What we look for
- Proven experience in commercial analysis, revenue growth management, commercial finance or a similar role.
- FMCG and/or retail experience.
- Strong commercial modelling, profitability analysis and understanding of pricing and promotions.
- Experience with EPOS and customer sales data.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar.
- Strong forecasting, budgeting and communication skills.
- Ability to travel to their Bromsgrove offices twice a week. xwzovoh
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: £70,000 per annum.
- Permanent, hybrid position based in Bromsgrove, Worcs
