As a Telesales Executive in Keighley, you'll play a key role in supporting the sales team, making outbound calls to existing clients and generating leads. Description Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote products and services. Generate and qualify leads for the sales team. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Provide detailed information about products and services to clients. Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for meeting targets. Update and manage the customer database to ensure accurate and current information. Achieve or exceed daily and weekly call and sales targets.Profile A successful Telesales Executive should have: Experience in telesales or a similar role within the industrial and manufacturing sector. Strong communication and persuasion skills. Confidence in making outbound calls and handling objections. Good organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. Basic computer skills for managing customer databases and records.Job Offer Hourly pay ranging from £15.00 to £19.00, dependent on the level of experience.
